Travel For Teens CC Payment Authorization Portal for Parents

Travel For Teens can process a Credit Card payment manually for payments towards program related expenses. Please complete this form and our finance team will process the transaction on your behalf. Completing this form authorizes Travel For Teens to process a credit card charge in accordance with our payment terms and conditions. Credit Card transactions will be completed within one to two business days of completing this form. CC transactions may take up to 24 hours to be reflected in your account.

All Credit Card payments are fully refundable for 24 hours after which they are non-refundable except during promotional periods as described in the terms and conditions.

We charge a 4% credit card processing fee on CC payments other than the original deposit, application fee, and/or waitlist fee.

Terms and Conditions - Trip Deposit*
- By submitting this deposit payment form, the product you are purchasing is a reservation on an open enrollment Travel For Teens program to which $700.00 will be credited towards tuition and $200.00 towards a non-refundable application fee to process the reservation. You are also confirming that you have carefully read and agree to our Terms and Conditions, which contain important criteria regarding payment, refunds, dispute resolution, and liability releases. Additionally, the Terms and Conditions include important responsibilities on the part of student travelers and their parents. Your $800 deposit payment is fully refundable for 24 hours after which it is non-refundable. The $100 application fee is non-refundable.
Terms and Conditions - $100 Waitlist Fee*
- By submitting this $100 waitlist fee form, the product you are purchasing is a spot on the waitlist for on an open enrollment Travel For Teens program which is full. Should a space open when I am at the top of the waitlist, and I choose to accept the spot, the $100.00 will be credited towards tuition and an $900.00 deposit/application payment will be required to secure my spot within 24 hours. You are also confirming that you have carefully read and agree to our Terms and Conditions, which contain important criteria regarding payment, refunds, dispute resolution, and liability releases. Additionally, the Terms and Conditions include important responsibilities on the part of student travelers and their parents. Your $100 waitlist fee payment is fully refundable until August 15, 2024 if a space does not open up after which it is non-refundable.

- By submitting this payment form for "Flights and/or Trip Insurance", the product you are purchasing is a plane ticket or tickets which are subject to the rules of the carrier, and/or a Trip Insurance Policy which is subject to the terms of the policy as described Here. You are also confirming that you have carefully read and agree to our Terms and Conditions, which contain important criteria regarding payment, refunds, dispute resolution, and liability releases. Additionally, the Terms and Conditions include important responsibilities on the part of student travelers and their parents. Refunds for Flights and/or Trip Insurance are fully refundable for 24 hours from payment after which they are non-refundable.

- By submitting this payment form for "Tuition and Other Trip Payment", the product you are purchasing or making a payment towards is the tuition cost or other payments towards costs related to a Travel For Teens open enrollment payment (i.e. excursions, rail passes, intra-trip flights, etc). You are also confirming that you have carefully read and agree to our Terms and Conditions, which contain important criteria regarding payment, refunds, dispute resolution, and liability releases. Additionally, the Terms and Conditions include important responsibilities on the part of student travelers and their parents. Refunds for Tuition and Other Trip Payments are fully refundable for 24 hours from payment after which they are non-refundable. The exception to this that any/all credit card processing fees are non-refundable as soon as payment is made.
