Travel For Teens ACH Payment Authorization Portal for Parents

Travel For Teens can process an ACH payment to debit your account for payments towards program related expenses. Please complete this form and our finance team will process the transaction on your behalf. Completing this form authorizes Travel For Teens to process a transaction. ACH transactions will be completed within one to two business days of completing this form. ACH transactions may take up to 72 hours to be reflected in your account.

All ACH payments are fully refundable for 24 hours after which they are non-refundable except during promotional periods as described in the terms and conditions.

We do not charge a processing fee on ACH payments.

- By submitting this ACH payment authorization form, the product you are purchasing is a reservation on an open enrollment Travel For Teens program to which $800.00 will be credited towards tuition and $100.00 towards a non-refundable application fee to process the reservation. When making payments to Travel For Teens you agree to the following payment terms and conditions: You authorize Travel For Teens to initiate one-time ACH debit entry from your bank account for payments associated with the services and products provided by Travel For Teens. You authorize Travel For Teens to initiate one-time You understand that this authorization will remain in full force and effect until you notify us of its cancellation by contacting our customer support team at help@travelforteens.com. You agree that the ACH debit will be processed in accordance with the ACH rules and regulations established by the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA). You understand that your bank account information will be securely stored and used only for the purpose of processing payments as authorized by you. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available in your bank account to cover the authorized ACH debit. Insufficient funds may result in fees, and your account may be subject to additional collections efforts. Should a space open when I am at the top of the waitlist, and I choose to accept the spot, the $100.00 will be credited towards tuition and an $900.00 deposit/application payment will be required to secure my spot within 24 hours.
