Thank you to all of the families and travelers who made 2023 the summer we all dreamed of and needed. Summer 2024 is already on the horizon!!

Flights & Insurance

For any flight refund or flight credit questions that have yet to be answered please reach out to help@travelforteens.com

For any questions about making an insurance claim or an existing claim please reach out to help@travelforteens.com. Do note that insurance claims typically take 30-60 days to be processed.

Trip Photos

You can find all of the free watermarked 2023 trip photos here with the join code TFT23. Select ‘view photos’ if you do not wish to get unlimited downloads and matches of your traveler sent to your phone. If you enrolled in Waldo Photos to get unlimited high-resolution downloads, make sure you’re logged in and start downloading! Or join now by texting TFT23 to 735-343 to get started. If you pre-paid directly to Travel For Teens and haven’t finished setting up your Waldo account, please email help@travelforteens.com for assistance.

Downloading on mobile:

In the Waldo app, open the album from your teen’s trip. You’ll see a download icon in the upper right, next to the title. You can select either matches or all, then select individual photos or tap “select all”, then tap “save” and they will download to your device. If you are in the app, you have access to download all of the images in high-resolution at no cost.

Downloading on your computer:
Go to waldophotos.com and click Login in the upper right. Enter the phone number that you used to register for Waldo and click Send SMS. Enter the code that was texted to you in the prompt.

If you need assistance with Waldo you can also reach out to their support team at support@waldophotos.com.

Community Service & Language Immersion Certificates

If your teen completed a community service or a language immersion program, you can download their certificate of completion from this Dropbox link!

If you cannot find the certificate in the folder or if there is an error on the certificate, send an email to help@travelforteens.com and we can help locate it for you right away.

If your teen needs TFT to complete a verification form for the hours for their school, please send the form and instructions to help@travelforteens.com.

Help for Maui

The communities on Maui, especially Lahaina, continue to reel from the wildfires on August 8.

Travel For Teens has been sending travelers to Hawaii for the past seven years and our hearts go out to everyone who has been impacted by this natural disaster. We have many relationships with people living on Maui, including vendors, friends, and even former travelers and staff members.

Travel For Teens wants to assist the island in any way we can, which is why we reached out to our local partner nonprofits and vendors to determine which organizations we could send donations to have the greatest impact on the local community.

We have set up a GoFundMe to donate directly to the organizations they have determined will benefit the island the most.

100% of the proceeds will directly go to organizations on Maui including the Maui Humane Society, Maui Food Bank, and Hawaii Community Foundation.

2024 Program Dates & Details

We’re so excited to open our 2024 Summer Enrollment! All 2024 program offerings will be live by September 12, 2023.

We will be launching our brand-new system this September as well! Alum families, prepare for a big change–we can’t wait to share it with you!

Discounts For Alums

Because we love our alums and alumni families we reserve the best discounts for you! If you register for an open enrollment summer 2024 by September 30th, 2023 you will lock in a 10% Super Early Bird discount on top of your 5% Alum Discount for a total of 15%. Use Code ALUMSEPT15 and register as Undecided 2024.

If you already know what trip you want to go on next summer, you can pay in full to get another 5% discount* for a total of 20% off of tuition.

You will have until February 1st, 2024, to pick your program(s) and your $800 deposit is refundable until February 1, 2024, for our 2024 summer programs or until October 1, 2023, for our winter break trips. 

*The Pay In Full discount does not apply to winter break trips.
