"This was my second trip with TFT and it was so fun. I went on this trip because I loved the first trip I did, South Africa service. This trip was amazing because there were so many different experiences. My favorite part of this trip was the home stay we did, this was the part I was most nervous about because I had no idea what to expect. But it was amazing, the hosts were so welcoming and it was something I had never experienced before. It allowed me to see how differently people live. Overall this trip was amazing."

"This trip to Italy was such an amazing time. From swimming in the Mediterranean Ocean for the first time, to eating true Italian cuisine, this was such a great trip. I saw and experienced a whole different culture from mine. Modes of transportation, housing and the food were all different from what I was used to. I got to see the magnificent, old ruins of the ancient city Pompeii, and explore the cities of Positano, Amalfi, and Capri. I got to eat true Italian gelato and make and paint my own ceramics. I loved swimming in the water on the pebble beach looking at the volcano in the distant. I learned more skills on working with peers and in a group to figure out the best way to complete tasks and time management. Also, I met some really cool people! I cannot wait to go back to Italy again one day."
"This trip gave the opportunities to have the summer of my lifetime! We started out with a week of community service in the gorgeous setting the Cinque Terre. During this week we amounted 20 hours of community service, but still had time to participate in different activities within the different towns. From there the group moved south- from Tuscany to Sorrento, even stopping in Rome for a few days. The itinerary was jammed packed with different planned activities for us to participate in, as well as built in free time for us to have the ability to explore the towns. The counselors were amazing on this trip, making sure that we were safe at all times, while still giving us time to explore on our own! They were pretty cool and it was super easy to talk to them about ANYTHING going on, if anything happened :)"
"During the Summer of 2018, I went on the Italy Service and Adventure trip with Travel for Teens. It was an absolutely incredible experience! This trip was both humbling and extremely fun. Our service consisted of helping maintain a garden in a Monastery and renovating an Italian elementary school’s playground. After a few days of service, we began the adventure part of the trip. We visited so many beautiful places in Italy including Monterosso al Mare, the Amalfi Coast, Rome, and Capri. Although some of these areas tend to be fairly commercialized, I never felt like just another tourist thanks to Travel for Teens and the way they run their programs. I highly recommend this trip for anyone, especially people who want to taste amazing, authentic Italian food!"
"Over the summer going into my senior year of high school I took a trip with TFT to Hawaii. I wanted to go out of the country, but my mom was skeptical. I honestly decided to go to Hawaii because it was the farthest state away from home for me. Before going on the trip, I never really thought about what I wanted my major to be in college. I can honestly say that TFT gave me the push start on my current major and helped me find my passion. During the trip, we did beach clean ups, learned about sea turtles, and hung out with some local children. I got volunteer service hours while having so much fun. I had the best time and met so many amazing people. I am a freshman in college now studying conservation biology at the University of Minnesota. I still to this day keep in contact with some of the people I met on that trip and I am so thankful I did it. To anyone thinking about traveling with TFT- I highly recommend it."
"When I was first offered to go on a trip with Travel For Teens I wasn't sure if I would enjoy it so much because I was going to be the oldest person on the trip, but I'm am so glad I decided to go. I chose to go on the Hawaii Sea Turtle Service & Adventure trip and it was absolutely amazing. It has always been one of my dreams to go to Hawaii and Travel For Teens made my dream come true. On the trip I was able to try scuba diving for the first time and I loved it! I also got to swim with sea turtles which was fantastic. One of the coolest things about the trip was getting to learn more about sea turtles and how we can help them survive in the wild. The staff was amazing and were great to hang out with and talk to. Travel For Teens Helped me face my fears and learn that there is a beautiful world out there. I would recommend Travel For teens to anyone that is trying to give there child the trip of a lifetime."
"I went on the Greece and Italy: Island Service and Italian Adventure trip and was blown away by the food, the counselors, and the other teens I was able to become great friends with and stay in touch with. This European trip was my second time with travel for teens and each trip was so different and so special. In Greece I was able to have Greek food for the first time and volunteer at super interesting places like a local farm and a shelter for children. In Italy I had the opportunity to shop and tour places like the Vatican, The Colosseum (which is 10 times cooler in person), and many other famous landmarks that make Italy special. My favorite day was definitely taking a small boat for hours and being able to relax along the Amalfi Coast and get to stop in places like Amalfi and Positano. This trip was seriously life changing and eye opening and makes me want to do a third trip."
"Wow. Where do I even start, I had the absolute time of my life on this trip, best experience ever. I recommend it to everyone. Fiji is such a special place and to work with the community and locals there was one of the best parts. The food was amazing and had lots of choices surprisingly since it is such a small island. The TFT staff was absolutely great, they were friendly, kind, helpful, and everything you'd ever need in a counselor. this trip really couldn't of been any better for me. I had the opportunity to go on such an amazing adventure and it was very much worth every penny. Don't miss out on it. GO TFT"

"I never thought I'd have the opportunity to go to China until I saw the trip posted on TFT. I was so excited because I had gone to Southeast Asia last year with the company and had a blast. I love learning and understanding the history behind the places so China was the perfect place for me. I was able to see the terracotta warriors, the Great Wall of China, and even work with amazing, and cuddly, giant pandas. I had never seen a panda before and they are truly incredible animals and something I will never forget! One of my favorite parts was going to help a local farmer. After a long days work, they provided us with our own dumpling making class and a delicious meal. I'm so glad I had the chance to explore China and I cannot wait to go back!"
"I went on the Australia and New Zealand Service trip and it was life changing. I met some amazing people, which I became close with after about a day. I saw some of the most beautiful landscapes that I have ever seen. I visited the place where my favorite movie, The Lord of the Rings, was filmed. I held a koala and went glamping in the outback. I interacted with the locals and most importantly, I ventured out of my comfort zone, which makes for a more interesting adventure. The counselors were amazing and helpful and despite the age difference, no one ran out of things to talk about. TFT allowed me to experience something amazing and at such a young age, I was able to travel to a whole different world."
