Tour Consultants:

Your consultants are not only dedicated to the growth of your students, but there to support you as the teacher and make the exploration & planning process run smoothly. They are your partner working with you from finding the perfect itinerary, to providing promotional materials, and helping you communicate the details of the trip to your school community.

Traveler, Family, & School Support Specialists:

Our team of specialists are readily available to walk families through insurance inquiries, payment plans, food allergy issues, and any other topics that arise. While on tour, parents & school administration have access to a 24 hour emergency line.

School Trip Team:

Comprised of your Tour Consultant, Logistics Coordinators, Reservations Team, and Support Staff – this team is strategically based across multiple time zones to accommodate all of our private trip’s needs. Trip Director/Trip Staff:

Your Trip Director meets your group at the airport and travels with you until your departure. They are your guide & partner
