Step 1
Choose A Tour
Inspire your students and turn the world into your classroom on a TFT tour! Simply browse our wide range of tours and choose the one that is the best fit for you and your students, or, consult one of our travel experts for help selecting or even designing your own tour!
Step 2
Let Us Help You Enroll Students
We will provide you with marketing materials to hand out to your students to generate interest in your tour. We will even have one of our travel experts conduct an informational meeting for interested students and families. Other companies will have you do all of the recruitment work, including the meeting, yourself. We handle it for you! TFT will also handle all payments and registrations, all you have to do is help get your students excited to travel!
Step 3
We Will Handle The Rest
Once your students are enrolled, all you have to do is sit back and get excited about your educational adventure! We handle all of the logistics, paperwork, payments, etc. Before your tour departs we will host a pre-departure meeting to prepare you and your students for the upcoming journey and handle any questions.
Step 4
Enjoy Your Adventure!
From the moment the plane takes off until you and your students are safely home we are with you every step of the way. Your dedicated tour leaders will be with you throughout the entire journey and will even take daily photos and send daily updates to your students’ families so they can follow along too!
