You’ve registered for a once in a lifetime school or private trip with Travel For Teens! Now what?
Depending on how many months away you are from your departure, there are different action items and processes listed below to give you peace of mind and help you feel prepared for your trip!
Please note each school & private trip may be operating on a slightly different timeline depending on when you registered for your program. If you have any questions regarding your trip’s preparation timeline, please contact your lead teacher or privatetrips@travelforteens.com
Paperwork
Our paperwork consists of a packet that will be sent to you separately by email when your paperwork is ready. You will complete this packet using DocuSign. Additionally, you will complete other Trip Tasks, such as uploading other documents, directly into your MyTFT portal.
Payment and Insurance
Our payment plan is designed to spread the cost of the program out instead of paying all at once. You will get a payment reminder by email one week before each installment and can view or change your Preferred Payment Method on file in your MyTFT account. To add a new payment method, please contact us.
Travel Insurance is required for all travelers on a TFT program. You may opt to purchase it directly through TFT at any time before your final balance is due.
Flights
TFT collaborates closely with your organization to determine the optimal flight path for the group. We will provide families with flight information as soon as it becomes available. Within your MyTFT portal, you can view your designated flight path once it is confirmed and access your airline confirmation code for your reservation prior to departure.
