Svjetlana was born & raised in Bosnia & Herzegovina. She lived in Austria for 11 years, but currently, she is back home in Bosnia & Herzegovina. Although she graduated in Finance and Accounting at the Vienna University of Economics, Tourism is her greatest passion and that is why this is her 6th year working as a Tour Director. Her hobbies are dancing, foreign languages, and exploring the natural beautiful places around the world. She is looking forward to an amazing summer with TFT! Svjetlana joined the User Experience team full-time in 2023 to handle our European reservations!
