Trip Director

Quang was born in Saigon, Vietnam. He moved to Minnesota when he was 11, and again relocated to the New England area after graduating from the Culinary Institute of America. As a professional chef, food is his passion, and through cooking, he was able to visit over 40 countries, in turn fueling his second love, traveling. He is always eager to share both his love of food and traveling with the campers and he can’t wait for the next trip with the campers!
