Gretchen O’Leary

Gretchen is from the Adirondack Mountains in NY, where she grew up exploring everything outdoors. She graduated from St. Lawrence University with degree in Environmental Studies and Mathematics, a side of Spanish, and a severe case of the travel bug. She has since lived and eaten her way through Greece working at a boarding school and is now living in Spain teaching English. She loves to get off the beaten path to learn about new cultures, people, and to try all the cheese.
