Alex is a Greek-American born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and lives in Athens, Greece. His academic background is in comparative religion, and he holds a master’s in heritage management. He brings with him twenty years of experience in administration, cultural heritage management, study abroad, academic study-travel, and tourism. A seasoned traveller and guide, Alex is bilingual in English and Greek and enjoys exploring new places, art, archaeology, on-site urban sketching, showing travellers the places he loves, and experiencing life with good company and a good laugh.
