Limited Availability and Closed Trips Update

As of March 14, 2017 some of programs are now closed while others have limited availability. Programs with limited availability have between 1-6 spaces left and will likely sell out soon. If you are interested in a program with limited availability we encourage you to register as soon as possible, or contact us directly with questions. The price for a trip with limited availability remains the same as the price advertised on the specific trip webpage.

Please complete this online registration form ONLY if you are submitting your $900 deposit using a credit card through our site or by mailing in a check. Your deposit will be applied toward the cost of tuition and is non-refundable after February 1st, 2017.

Application Fee

All registrations received on or after December 16th 2016 will be subject to a one time non-refundable $100 ‘application’ fee. All registrations prior to December 16th, 2016 will have this fee waived.

There will be an increase in the application fee starting May 1st, 2017. The fee will be $150.  And registrations received on or after May 1st, 2017 will be subject to this increased fee.

**Starting June 1st, there will be additional increase in the application fee.  This will replace our late or rush application fee from previous years.  The fee will be $200.  All registrations received on or after June 1st, 2017 will be subject to the fee of $200.
